Q - How do I request an estimate?

A - Fill out the estimate request form or call us at 225-788-8183. We will need your name, email, phone and address as well as what services you are requesting.

Q - Do I need to be home for my estimate?

A - No, as long as we can access your back yard and your pets are secured.

Q - What’s included in your mowing services?

A - Our mowing services include lawn mowing, edging of the driveway and sidewalk surrounding your home, string trimming around all areas were the mower cannot reach and blowing all clippings off hard surfaces. Shrubs, plants, flower beds, brick patio or walkways are invoiced as additional services.

Q - Can you service my back yard if my dog is in the back yard  and he does not bite or he is chained up?

A - We cannot service the back yard if your pets are not secured in the house due to safety of all personnel and your pet.

Q - Will the same crew service my property on all service visits?

A - Yes, the same crew will service all residential properties all the time.

Q - Can I call and skip a service visit?

A - If you skip a service visit, we cannot guarantee your current service day or price. Our crews work on a schedule in order to provide you with reliable service.  If someone calls requesting scheduled services, then we will place them in your slot.
